Firehouse Gourmet – Tasty Valentine’s Day Experience!

A unique culinary experience I must share with you all! The Firehouse Gourmet an experience worth sharing! Chief Chef Heiser Don Heiser, the Chief Chef of Firehouse Gourmet, is a firefighter with over 39 years in the fire service. He is the retired Fire Chief and Director of Marine Safety for the City of Encinitas and is currently a volunteer Deputy Fire Chief for the Elfin Forrest-Harmony Grove Fire Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education, a Professional Certificate in Cooking from Chef Neil Stuart, Instructor and a Food Service Managers Training Certificate.
